Objective

HEPL is in the process of establishing independent branches all over INDIA. As a first phase it is establishing 40 branches in Andhra Pradesh by the end of December 2003. HEPL has decided that it is essential to have a wider network in order to capture the major share of the AMC, Facility Management services, Up-gradations, Networking and new machine sales to Individuals, Institutions, Colleges, Multinationals, Corporate, Private and Public sector, Govt. sector etc. The company is expecting to do a min turnover of 20 lakhs business in each centre by the end of 2004.

Proposal

The business partner will establish or make use of his existing infrastructure to open a branch in his locality. The technical training recruitment and marketing inputs will be provides by HEPL. Using the 16 years market credibility and customer base and experience of HEPL and using the business partner’s local contacts HEPL is expected to do good business.

There will be frequent visits and correspondence from HO to monitor and promote the branch business. There will be professional Business plan and a strategy on which the company will work.


Potential business partners

Young, Dynamic, Enterprising Unemployed educated entrepreneurs with financial backing Or business men who are looking to expand there existing business like, training institutes, Junior colleges, Degree colleges. Engineering colleges, MCA college etc. or those who want to invest their VRS or hard earned money in their own business.

Initial Investment

The Business partner will invest or make use of an existing investment on infrastructure and min equipments to the tune of 1,00,000/- to 2,00,000 or more depending on the location.
Business partner will pay a fees of Rs. 50,000/-to 1,00,000/- to HEPL depending on the location towards Goodwill, manpower recruitment, training and transfer of technical know how. Along with startup kit.

Returns
